Aloha Mr. Tissot,
I believe that the fuel and oil storage plans have totally overlooked the environmental, cultural and biological side therefore rendering the EIS, insufficiant in data where the Environmental Impact Statement and Cultural Assessment is concerned. My family believes that the sharks are our relatives yet this information is not in the EIS Final for this Commercial Harbors Master Plan 2020. Nor, is there anything about the shark man who lives or lived in the area. I feel our culture and coral reef will be in great danger if they store fuel and oil there.
